the location was fantastic, with St George and St Ann's Shopping centres nearby, providing plenty of entertainment options. the rooms were clean and had a nice view, and the Victorian architecture added charm to the place. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. the hotel offered superb WiFi access in all rooms, which was a huge advantage. the included breakfast was served on the table, making it a pleasant dining experience.

The staff were generally helpful.
The continental breakfast menu was very very poor, and there were certain areas where I thought the staff could have been of more assistance, instead of telling me that I could not be helped. The shower in the room was too small. I also think that wireless internet access should be free in a modern hotel; I found it inconvenient to have to pay.

The distance to the tube is great and the hotel is lovely and clean.
Although I booked an executive room and have done so before this room did not have a hair dryer and I did not bring mine so I had to go to breakfast with wet hair and have now got a cold so perhaps the disabled rooms could have this kind of facility, room 608 to be precise

The hotel has a lovely Victorian architecture and is conveniently located near shopping centres and key tourist attractions. My room had a great view and superb wifi access - perfect for my city trip! the staff were also friendly and accommodating, willing to go that extra mile to help guests.
Some standard rooms at the hotel were small and cramped, giving a claustrophobic feeling. the breakfast served on the table could have been better.

The hotel is perfectly acceptable, our room was big and it also had a good restaurant and bar.
The hotel is somewhat dated and is need of refurbishment. It is a bit far from the railway station and really not suited for anyone doing business in London.

The service at this hotel was absolutely terrific! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, cordial, and always willing to assist in any way they could. The hotel itself had a beautiful Victorian architecture that added a touch of charm to the overall ambiance. the location was great, with easy access to nearby shopping centers and attractions. It was definitely a convenient spot to explore and have some fun during my business trip.
There were a few downsides to my experience. The standard rooms were quite small and cramped, which might not suit those who prefer more spacious accommodations.

Comfortable, good-sized room. Parking available. Close to rail and tube stations for travel into central London. Convenient for Wembley events.

Good location for access to station. Staff really friendly and helpful, good atmosphere.
I came with family who had a lovely double room, mine was a single which I felt was adequate though perhaps could have been updated a little - not a major problem, but could have been better!

To be honest not a lot! The staff were all polite and helpful - that's about it!
I was stuck in room 290 along a corridor and up two flights of stairs. Room had big stain on carpet, rusty light fitting plus brown stain on ceiling as evidence of leak, very tired green bath suite, cracked floor and wall tiles, barely working shower with no pressure, brown marks on ceiling areas that looked like tobacco stains despite being no smoking, plus a few cobwebs, a bypassing toilet that dripped all night and a shower head with damaged chrome fitting I cut myself on. I have photos if required.

Excellent location if you are visiting Wembley Stadium. Only 3 stops away from Wembley and you travel north, away from central London so no as congested on the tube with the crowds
